NANSU Dress & Blouse
The NANSU Dress is the all-time summer dress with a voluminous loose fit, and a generous gathering at the neckline to adjust and tie in different ways and styles.
You can choose to make this pattern with or without sleeves. You can also choose to add elastic to it. The waistline can be finished with or without elastic as well, depending on the look you are going for.
This pattern comes with 12 views, making it a versatile pattern for you to make many different versions with it, from a blouse to a short or long dress. The options are endless when it comes to this pattern.
This pattern was designed to fit multiple sizes and you can always choose to size up if you are looking for extra volume or to size down for less volume.
An everyday summer essential that allows comfortable movement and freshness.
This pattern is also pregnancy and nursing friendly.
Light to medium-weight woven fabrics with crisp hand or with drape work perfectly. Example: Swiss Dot Cotton - Cotton Voile - Poplin - Linen - Chiffon - Cotton Gauze - Silk - Challis
If you like prints, I recommend taking advantage of big graphics and prints. Due to the size and shape of the pattern pieces, you will be able to appreciate big print.
It's not recommended to use stretch knits or very heavy fabrics with a lot of drape for this pattern. They can turn very warm and heavy to wear, especially in summer.
Always prewash your fabric before cutting into it, in the way you intend to wash the finished garment. This way, your finished project will not shrink in size in unexpected ways.
